Two income routes

Shortlet: SmartEase furnishes the unit, lists it, hosts the guests, and reports back to you. Studios and 1-bedroom units tend to see the most shortlet turnover, though any unit can be managed this way.

Long-term rental: SmartEase sources the tenant, handles the paperwork, and manages the tenancy. 2-bedroom units tend to see the strongest long-term tenant demand, well suited to small families and professionals sharing, though this route is available across all unit types.
