Property Management is the operational backbone behind every SmartEase investment. The same team that furnishes, lists, and maintains our own developments runs it for owners too. Whether a unit is rented out short-stay to guests or leased long-term to a tenant, the day-to-day, furnishing, listings, guest or tenant communication, maintenance, and reporting, is handled end-to-end.
Most owners pick one of two routes depending on the unit and the income they want. Studios and 1-bedrooms tend to suit shortlet turnover; larger units tend to suit long-term tenants, though either route is available on any unit.
